Team partnering, transparency, expert advice, and open communication typify Oscar’s approach. Oscar joined Turner in 2002 and has completed new and renovated facilities for the Detroit Lions, DTE, General Motors, Henry Ford Health, Oakland University, Olympia, and others. Oscar has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan.
