Under Joe’s direction, Turner's skilled team of estimators work with architects and owners to ensure the entire scope of a project is captured, and the budget is within the client’s expectations. Further, Joe works with our purchasing managers to pull together the trade partners' bid packages, ensuring we maximize trade partner interest from local, quality firms. However, Joe’s preconstruction expertise does not stop at the assembly of a budget and the buy-out of all trade packages.
With his extensive construction background, Joe assists our project teams with site mobilization and scheduling, once again guiding them to help set the stage for project success. Joe’s extensive experience includes many types of construction, including retail, hospitality, office buildings, aviation facilities, and educational facilities.
