Wells Fargo Center Atrium Renovation

Revitalized, Welcoming Tenant Space

Turner redeveloped the closed-off and outdated atrium at Wells Fargo Center in downtown Los Angeles, creating a modern, airy space more in line with today’s office environment. Reopened as Halo, the new atrium creates an indoor-outdoor tenant space that is also open to the public, with newly designed entrances, terraces, and seating areas. The interior features twice as much seating as the original atrium, with an indoor-outdoor bar, along with both sit-down and quick service restaurants.
