The Marriott Regional Sales Office project is a 19,600 square foot interior fit-out designed with generous amenities and a hospitality feel. Features include high end millwork, glass partitions and storefront office systems. Marriott wanted each office to be reflective of the local region, so bold colors, textures and lighting on a bright white palette were drawn from South Florida’s culture. Additional design features include open workstations, floating ceilings with light fixtures and fire prevention equipment installed within.
