The 614,000 square foot 192-bed hospital is surrounded by natural woodlands and wetlands to enhance the healing environment. A new central utility plant and 40 acres of sitework was featured in Turner’s scope of work.

All patient rooms are private and incorporate principles of “Feng Shui”. Windows overlook a pond and landscaped courtyards create a calm, healing, and quiet environment for patients. Comfortable hotel-like rooms also have a bed for a family member. Each patient room includes a flat panel television, internet access, and computerized patient information.

The hospital offers full-service medical and surgical specialties including orthopedics, women's health, neurosurgery, back surgery, cardiovascular services and cancer services. Work also included construction of an emergency room.
