Turner provided preconstruction and construction management services for Natixis Investment Managers' US Headquarters. Occupying floors 4-9, this financial services firm is one of the primary tenants of the 888 Boylston Street tower in Boston's Back Bay (also constructed by Turner).
The client moved into a sleek, modern workspace designed by CBT Architects. The 150,000 square foot fit out is unique in design, featuring luminescent interconnecting stairways comprised of structural steel and panned steel with concrete, a large central pantry, and technologically advanced conference rooms. Also included in the project scope is a podcast center, sales trading floors, multiple social hubs and touchdown spaces, and a glamourous reception area. High end finishes include elaborate millwork, stone, wall coverings, and both natural and artificial lighting. The project achieved LEED Gold.
