Turner completed Akamai's 475,000 square foot headquarters within Boston Properties' 145 Broadway tower. Designed by Sasaki to achieve WELL certification, this space encourages movement and collaboration. Using a wayfinding design feature, tenants can travel from the lobby to the top floor and down again on a mile-long path which is connected by intersecting light fixtures, reveals and stripes. These stripes connect the building to other "locations" around the world using color and depth.
Sasaki was the interior architect for the project, Pickard Chilton was the Design Architect, and Stanec, the Architect of Record.
