Turner provided design-build construction services for the 300,000 square foot Central Terminal B Airside Concourse, which includes a 19 gate passenger concourse with an international arrivals facility. Scope of work included a taxiway, tug tunnel and Automated People Mover guide way structure in addition to office space for building and airline support services. The project opened ten months ahead of schedule. LEED Silver certified.
