Lathrop provided Design Build construction services for this paint shop located next to the KIA assembly plant in West Point, Georgia. 

The project consists of 284,800 square feet of main paint shop area with 16,600 square feet of paint mix/paint storage rooms and 8,275 square feet utility and maintenance rooms on the ground floor.  Lathrop scope also includes two mezzanines of 182,956 square feet and 17,062 square feet and a penthouse of 72,570 square feet. 

Work also includes a free-standing waste water treatment building consisting of 5,760 square feet.
