Turner is providing construction management at risk services for the two-story, 61,537 square foot courthouse. The scope includes site development and construction for a trial court facility comprised of five courtrooms, 11 holding cells and administrative offices for five judges and support staff. The project also includes a secure sally port and eight semi-enclosed secure parking spaces.
