project at a glance

This project consists of a three-story south wing, a four-story north wing, a "cube" connector, and a three-story parking structure. The north wing contains three-stories of office space, cafeteria, fitness center, mechanical space, loading dock, and parking. The south wing contains three-stories of office space, loading dock, and parking. The "cube" connects the two wings and contains a multi-purposes area, science center, showroom, and office space. This building was designed to be a state-of-the-art office building that is a flagship of green design for both LG and the City of Englewood Cliffs.
