Originally occupied by the clothing and outdoor store, Helly-Hanson, Turner transformed the space into a retail store for New Balance within the Bellevue Square Mall. On a fast track, eight-week schedule, Turner constructed a storefront, retail display systems and installed lighting to highlight the merchandise
