The two-story,15,000 square foot Preston Forest Branch of Pegasu Bank is a bank and office building on a one-acre site.
Natural limestone clads the exterior of the building with a custom curtainwall system highlighting the main feature stairwell. High-end finishes occupy the first floor that is roughly 8,000 square feet. Finishes include custom, stain-grade wood paneling throughout the interior, limestone and natural wood flooring, brass cladding and vinyl wall covering. The second floor is designed as a white box to accommodate future tenants.
