Turner provided construction management at risk services for the 325,000 square foot Stockton Courthouse. The building houses 30 courtrooms, 28 of which were built out in this contract, as well as administrative offices, clerk stations, and a mechanical floor. The courthouse also includes below-grade basements for judges parking and holding cells and a sally port for inmate drop-off and pick-up. The 13-story courthouse is the tallest building in Stockton and is LEED Gold certified.
