Turner provided general contracting services for a 173,000 square foot public retail space at 230 Vesey Street within the existing Brookfield Place. The retail reconfiguration project included the construction of a two-level retail center within the existing Brookfield Place, including new three-story façades at the north and south, new vertical transportation, and the core and shell of 22 retail spaces and three restaurants.
