The Bank of New York Mellon project consists of a one-floor, 12,300 square foot tenant build out with a client reception area, meeting and conference rooms, an executive boardroom and executive and administrative offices. All areas include high-end interior finishes including fabric wall coverings, glass partitions, wood flooring and carpeting throughout. The project is LEED Gold Certified.
