RedIT is a two-story, 70,000 square foot, Tier IV data center designed to produce 1.1 megawatts of critical power and sustain operations for up to 96 hours in the event of a power outage. The project, which is Turner's first design-build, at-risk project in the region, was completed on an accelerated schedule and is seeking LEED Silver certification.
