The Ohio Farm Bureau's 40H center is a 45,000 square foot, five-story building, which houses the extension outreach program of the College of Food Agriculture and Environmental Science of The Ohio State University. The facility serves as a conference / training center and includes an innovation center and roof top patio, administrative offices, breakout meeting rooms, a basement level mechanical room with a geothermal HVAC system, and a ground level kitchen/servery area. The Center is LEED certified.
