The Arlington Department of Human Services project included a renovation and interior fit-out of Sequoia Plaza.
The renovated facility houses 150,000 square feet of office space for 300 employees and clinical support spaces for the department’s outpatient programs. The project also features examination rooms, labs, radiology areas, a pharmacy, call center, conference/training rooms, waiting rooms, private offices, a filing room, IT space, a pantry and fitness center.
Green features include water efficient technology, increased energy efficiency and use of regionally sourced/recycled materials earning this project a LEED CI-Gold certification with the USGBC.
