Preconstruction and construction for existing four story 148,500 square foot chemistry laboratory building built over 40 years ago for the University at Buffalo. Project consisted of a complete gut and rehab of the exterior facade, interior space and mechanical systems, and the reconstruction of the building to meet the requirements for research labs for pharmaceutical and biotech research and associated classroom/office space.
