Located east of San Diego's Petco Park, Park 12 is a mixed-used development with a 36-story apartment tower and three low-rise buildings. The all-rental complex has 718 units consisting of studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments and live-work units. The complex also features 23 affordable units, more than 55,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, a pedestrian plaza with seating and public art with potential to host events, and a parking garage with more than 1,200 spaces.
