Turner provided preconstruction and construction services for the buildout of a 207,000 square foot, 10-story hotel and conference center. The project features 249 guest rooms and an adjoining 30,000 sq. ft. IACC accredited conference center that features an expansive, dividable main ball room and 11 breakout meeting rooms, a cyber-lounge, and pre-function space. Also included is a full-service 7,000 square foot restaurant/lounge with exterior patio seating. The project is supported by a full-service kitchen and laundry facilities. The second floor boasts the amenities of a club lounge and fully-equipped fitness center. A second floor exterior pool and adjacent sun bathing patio is also available for the summer months. The 10th floor provides the best site lines to the surrounding medical campus and the city of Aurora — this floor includes the presidential suite and executive suites. The project also includes a six-level, cast-in-place concrete parking garage directly west of the hotel and conference center. The parking garage provides 506 parking spaces, including 12 parking spaces with charging stations for electric/hybrid vehicles. There is an exterior entertainment plaza and covered walkway that links the garage to the hotel and conference center.
