The first phase of this project included demolition and reconstruction of the existing playing field to include a new drainage system, storm sewer lines and new artificial turf surface.  Phase two included the construction of new east side concrete stands to accommodate 12,000 spectators, new south stands to accommodate 6,000 spectators, construction of a new 15,000 SF locker room facility, extensive berming and site work.  Renovation of the press box and concession area, a new scoreboard, miscellaneous structural and aesthetic repairs to exterior of west stand an a new elevator to the press level.
