Turner was chosen by Colorado State University to provide preconstruction and construction management services for 28,000 sq. ft. of new construction and renovations for a new field, new north end zone seating, concessions, restrooms and club and suite seating at Sonny Lubick Field at Hughes Stadium.

Among the items included in the project are two new scoreboards and one new giant, state-of-the-art video board on the south side of the stadium. Major enhancements to the Rams Horn club-level seating area, the addition of 16 suites, new concession stands and restrooms on the north end of the stadium, paved parking areas on the Northwest and Southwest sides of the stadium, new artificial turf for the practice facility and new artificial turf for the playing surface were also included in the scope of work.
