Turner provided construction management services for Phase II additions to the North Box and Football Center. The North Box is a three-level building erected above the upper deck on the north side of the stadium, which consists of a 50,000 sq. ft. addition. The addition includes guest seating, a concourse deck and lounge areas.

The 80,000 sq. ft. Football Center consists of three levels of enclosed areas for locker rooms, lounges, kitchen, offices and a trophy hall. One level is an open-air concourse providing access to spectator seating of approximately 6,000 seats, with associated toilets and concessions.
