This 171,310 sq. ft. project consisted of various renovations and additions to River Downs Racetrack, including expansion of the existing grandstand and ticket area, site imporvements including storm and sanitary, pavilion areas, and a three-level office, equipment and storage area.  There are 800 box seats in the expanded grandstand.  This landmark project, located on the Ohio River, needed a complete reworking of the grandstand to include back-of-the-house and concession areas.  To avoid impacting the Owner's racing season from April to September, the work was done from the fall to the early spring, within seven months.
