Turner served as the owner's representative for the Indiana Downs horse track. The project occupies more than 170 acres and the facility consists of 16 buildings, including a 70,000 sq. ft. grandstand and clubhouse, five stables, paddock, test barn, veterinarian clinic and other track associated buildings. The veterinarian clinic is an all-weather structure with a glass facade to allow for observation of the horses as they exit the track.
