Turner provided general contracting services for this 360,000 sq. ft., 28-story structural steel office building. The tower is comprised of 21 floors of office space, one basement level, retail and restaurant space at street level, and six levels of parking. The interior lobby stages a marble and stone hand-cut wall relief that depicts an ancient river canyon and celebrates Sacramento's colorful river tradition.
