The Riverview Plaza Building is a 16-story, mixed-use project located at 600 I Street in downtown Sacramento. Office and retail tenants occupy 24,800 sq. ft. and SHRA staff offices occupying 16,000 sq. ft.of the building. The residential portion of the building consists of 123 affordable, one-bedroom senior apartments and common areas, including a large commercial kitchen, dining area and swimming pool. There is also an underground garage with parking space for 50 vehicles.

Turner is providing general contracting services for advisory, planning, design and GMP construction services related to building upgrades necessary to insure the building will function over the next 15 years under a standard building maintenance program.
