Projects
Piatt Place
Pittsburgh, PA

This project involves the conversion of the former Lazarus Department Store, which was originally built by Turner in 1998, into an exciting mixed-use project in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh.

Piatt Place will encompass 325,569 sq. ft.  The building will combine large Class A retail space, sizable floor plate office space with updated business infrastructure, and 63 single level residential condominium units overlooking the city and arranged around an interior courtyard.

The project is situated on the corner of Fifth & Wood Streets in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh, with a 500-car capacity parking garage below grade.
