Turner provided preconstruction and construction management services for the Princeton University stadium project in Princeton, New Jersey. The project included demolition of the existing Palmer Stadium, including foundations and program areas, and construction of a new 27,000 seat football/soccer stadium which includes a 7,000 square foot press box facility, administrative spaces, and a 2,500 seat track facility.
The stadium is predominately a precast concrete structure with structural steel components upon spread footing foundations. Lower level seating is cast-in-place concrete and upper level seating is precast concrete.
