Turner provided preconstruction and construction management services on this project.  A total of 200,000 sq. ft. was the fit-out for financial space with open café spaces at  elevator lobbies.  The project includes mosaic tile accent walls, glass office fronts, coffered ceilings, millwork and rolling files. The project reused existing HVAC, ceiling tile and light fixtures.

University of Pennsylvania - Kindergarten and First Grade Classrooms

Turner provided preconstruction and construction management services for the renovation of an church and library into three first grade and three kindergarten classes.

Cingular Communications

King of Prussia, PA

Turner provided preconstruction and construction management services to Cingular. The Cingular Communications project consisted of a 42,000 sq. ft. renovation of interior tenant space for Cingular executives and project managers. The project included extensive interior demolition and provided a large reception area, 25 management offices, five miscellaneous purpose rooms, six conference rooms, two pantries, one game room and open space for management cubicles. The work included new drywall partitions, acoustical metal ceilings, custom millwork, wood paneling, flooring, “Blumcraft” storefront, wall covering, painting, mechanical and electrical systems.

Boys&Girls Club of Camden County

Camden, NJ

Turner provided preconstruction and construction management services for the Boys&Girls Club of Camden County project.  This project consisted of four separate facilities that house a pool, gymnasium, recreation center and administration offices.
