Turner is providing preconstruction and construction management services for a three-level, 77,000 sq. ft. lab building (Phase 1 of a 2 phase project); 26,000 sq. ft. renovation for scrology lab/office in adjacent building and site work; exterior wall and base utilities for preparation of prefab process modules bought by the owner.

Merck&Co. - United States Human Health Building

Upper Gwynned, PA

Turner provided preconstruction and construction management services for this new divisional headquarters for USHH. The project consists of a 492,000 sq. ft. office building with a 37,000 sq. ft. interior courtyard, a 1,500 car, 510,000 sq. ft. parking garage and a 16,000 sq. ft. central utility plant.  This building was the first phase of a continued expansion.   The project scope also includes a 20,000 sq. ft. day care center on the 72-acre site.

Rhone Poulenc Rorer

Collegeville, PA

Turner provided preconstruction and construction management services for the 1,000,000 sq. ft. project.  Rhone Poulenc Rorer’s four-story Central Research Laboratory and World Headquarters complex includes two laboratories, a central utility plant, a commons building, headquarters offices, and a training center.
