This year Turner's Philadelphia office celebrated its centennial of building in Philadelphia. Since opening its doors in Philadelphia in 1907, Turner has taken part in a long list of memorable projects, including the Cira Centre, Bell Atlantic Tower, Mellon Bank Center, Strawbridge & Clothier, Lincoln Financial Field, Four Seasons Hotel, the Philadelphia Electric Company high-rise, Commerce Square One and Two, 10 and 11 Penn Center, as well as the University of Pennsylvania's Franklin Field.
Today, Turner remains in the forefront of the industry, building some of the most exciting projects in the Philadelphia area. Our Philadelphia office is currently managing the following notable projects: Children's Hospital of Philadelphia's South Campus Research Facility, 10 Rittenhouse, Milton Hershey School's New Catherine Hall, and the new Critical Care Addition at St. Luke's Hospital in Allentown. This volume of work represents significant local market influence that is exercised daily on behalf of our clients. Under the leadership of Michael J. Kuntz, vice president and regional general manager and employing over 230 people, Turner’s Philadelphia office continues the long tradition of contributing to the architectural landscape of the tri-state area and maintaining our commitment to the communities in which we build.
