Ahtna Engineering Services, LLC and Turner Construction Company have entered into an SBA 8 (a) Mentor-Protege Joint Venture approved by the Small Business Administration.
The Ahtna-Turner joint venture was established to provide Ahtna Engineering Services, an established SBA 8(a) design-build, Alaska Native Corporation, with the guidance and expertise of Turner's experience and past performance with large design-build construction projects, enhancing Ahtna's portfolio and bonding capacity.
