Turner Construction Company is the largest Green builder in the United States. Our Philadelphia office has 20 full-time LEED AP's and 37 full-time Green Associates, which means more than 40% of our local staff are sustainable construction professionals. We have completed more than $439 million in LEED projects, and we have an additional $397 million in LEED registered projects.

Turner managed the first LEED CI project in Philadelphia, built for the North American headquarters of hygiene and personal products company Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget Americas. Most recently, we completed Phase II of the Colket Translational Research Building for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, a project designed to achieve LEED Silver that surpassed its goal and acheived LEED Gold.
