Turner Construction Company Runs for the Wounded Warrior Project

On May 16th, 2015, a group of Turner Construction employees and their family members participated in the Second Annual Wounded Warrior 5K at Redstone College. The event raised nearly $5,000, including with $420 from Turner. “The Wounded Warrior 5K was definitely a fun event with great people and I'm looking forward to the next event," commented Chris Oberem, a superintendent with Turner.

The Wounded Warrior Project is an organization set up to help returning service members who are suffering from both physical and mental health issues. Their main goal is to provide aid and empowerment to those veterans through unique and direct programs that meet their needs.
