Turner Completes Rowley Hall at Marymount University

November 15, 2012

Turner completed work on a modernization of Rowley Hall, a six-story, 55,000-square-foot academic and residential building at Marymount University’s Arlington, Virginia campus.
The renovation included MEP and technology upgrades, the addition of five classrooms and three studio spaces, five computer labs, a student lounge, eight dorm rooms, and other architectural changes to consolidate offices and departments.
The Turner team used BIM to navigate tight above-ceiling clearances in the building.
