Turner raised the final beam on the 275,000 square-foot Veterans Administration Outpatient Clinic in Austin, Texas. The Clinic, scheduled to open in the spring of 2013, will offer a variety of services including gastroenterology, imaging, orthopedics and urology, and women’s health services.
