Turner completed the Silver Spring Gateway project in the Spring of 2009. The 790,000 sq. ft. mixed-use building features one story below- and 15 stories above-grade; a 655-space parking garage that occupies the entire below-grade floor and a partial footprint of the first seven stories; a swimming pool at the penthouse level; and 14,000 sq. ft. of retail on the first floor. The remainder of the building consists of 457 high-end apartment/condominium units. Turner Construction Company, JBG Companies (Developer), and WDG (Architect) united to create a functional and safe facility.
