Turner's Special Projects Division (SPD) provided construction management services for a 7,000 sq. ft. eye center.  The masonry and steel structure features seven exam rooms as well as an optical customer care center where clients can purchase eyeglasses or have repairs done.  The project included provisions to accommodate lasik surgery in the future.
