Turner provided construction management services to the King Faisal Foundation for the construction of this landmark mixed-use compelx of 330,000sq.m.
Centrally located in the complex is a 36,600sq.m. tower of over 40 floors that stands as one of the tallest office towers in the Middle East. It houses a luxurious five-star Rosewood hotel that offers 224 rooms and suites with conference and banquet facilities as well as exclusive residences. There are also three levels of retail space in the tower totaling 24,800sw.m. of upscale shopping for 100-plus retail units. The food court houses ten restaurants, seating 400.
In addition, the complex has 99 apartments and parking for 1,600 cars.
