Turner provided program management services to the Korean Airport Construction Authority for the development phase of this 56 million sq. m. project. The development included land reclamation (46.5 million sq.m.) with dikes of tidal flatland between Youn Jong and Young Yu Islands. Associated developments include an international business center with hotels, conference/exhibition facilities, office space and amusement/shopping facilities.
