Turner Construction Company Business Manager Named As Vice President Of Howard Regional Health System Foundation Board In Kokomo
KOKOMO, INDIANA, March 31, 2005 -- Turner Construction Company of Indiana, LLC Business Manager Michael J. Kaiman has been appointed to serve as Vice President of the Howard Regional Health System Foundation Board in Kokomo. Mike was appointed to the board in 2002 and has been assisting the organization with raising and administering donated funds for the hospital since that time.

Mike is a seasoned construction executive with great experience. He brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a commitment and dedication to ensure the successful delivery of every project he undertakes."
Kaiman is active in a number of other community organizations as well, including the Riley Advisory Board and Area Youth Ministries.
In addition, Kaiman has won awards for safety compliance and quality construction from various professional organizations where he is active, including the Indiana Society for Healthcare Engineering, American Society for Healthcare Engineers, Indiana Construction Roundtable and the Metropolitan Indianapolis Coalition for Construction Safety.
He began his career with Turner twelve years ago with the Cincinnati office and, in 1994, transferred to Nashville as superintendent of two projects at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Two years later, he transferred to Indiana to help establish a new office in Indianapolis. Since then, he has overseen a number of projects for clients, including many in the healthcare field. His healthcare portfolio includes projects for Howard Regional Health System, Parkview Health Systems, Blackford County Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, as well as Methodist Hospital and Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis. In addition, he has completed projects for other clients, including Sprint, Volunteers of America, Brownsburg Public Library, and AmeriPlex Business Park in Indianapolis.
Kaiman graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a B.S. degree in civil engineering. He resides in Westfield with his wife, Michelle, and their children Christian, Kelcie and Kacee.
