Turner, in a joint venture with PPI Construction, provided construction management services for this 280,000 sq. ft. facility, including state-of-the-art research, training and administrative spaces for the operations of the Genetics Institute and Cancer Research Center. It also includes a greenhouse on the roof to supplement the research functions. This concrete-framed facility includes research labs, teaching labs, classrooms, office and support space.
This project is LEED NC 2.1 Certified by the United States Green Building Council.
