Turner constructed a 42-story, 1.6 million square foot office tower with a 4-story underground parking garage.  This building is New Jersey's tallest building, standing at 793.5 feet.  The high-rise has office, trading and data center programs, as well as retail amenities.  The office tower connects to a trading pavilion and features a riverfront esplanade.
