The Fremont Surgery Center is a 20,000 square foot space that includes seven operating rooms, four procedure suites, pre-operation and post-operation space and six exterior rooms for utility services. Work included installation of a medical gas system, structural upgrades to the building, new mechanical units, boiler, generator, electrical power distribution equipment and roofing replacement. All mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) work was design-built. The building’s exterior work included addition of an exterior steel and glass canopy system, plaza pavers, landscape and concrete and asphalt paving.
