Selective demolition of approximately 14,100 square feet of classrooms, fire suppression, mechanical, electrical, and IT systems on the second floor, and classrooms which serve as technology-intense prototype teaching spaces using integrated A/V and IT technology. 

The renovation had to be completed within a window of time which began after the completion of the Spring Semester, and the start of the Fall Semester. For the demolition and construction of several models of Active Learning Classrooms. This work was performed within an operating educational building as classes and other functions went on throughout the renovation. The project also included significant Technology upgrades including installation of the Extron system which dramatically raised the level of technology within these Prototype classrooms, and provided different options within different spaces.

The project was ready for the opening of the Fall Semester, in spite of multiple unforeseen conditions and ongoing changes throughout the project.
