The 900 square foot expansion of the Penguin Exhibit at the Aquarium of Niagara incorporates 12 nesting boxes and 15,000 gallon pool, and shotcrete/concrete rock formations designed to mimic the Peruvian coast. The exhibit provides more places than ever for animal lovers of all ages to get close to the seven-member colony of Humboldt penguins.

The project also included the construction of two quarantine rooms and a 600 square foot multimedia classroom.
