The medical facility for Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) and The City University of New York (CUNY) - Hunter College will feature two towers, one for each institution and will total more than one million square feet. The project is designed to achieve LEED Silver Certification.

The first tower, a 750,000 square foot, 22-story building will serve as MSKCC’s Outpatient Cancer Care Center.  In addition to various offices and support facilities, the Care Center will boast clinical labs and pathology departments, a diagnostic radiology suite and a retail pharmacy as well as 90,000 square feet of parking.

The second tower, a 400,000 square foot, 15-story structure will be the CUNY - Hunter College Science and Health Professions Building. The facility will house the College’s School of Nursing, in addition to numerous science research labs, its physical therapy program and a 321-seat auditorium.
